About your transfer

BOOKING

Bookings made over the phone and the internet will get a confirmation by e-mail confirming the date, time and place of pick up. If you do not have access to the internet confirmation will be made and details will be given by text or over the phone.

ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area of the Swiss side of Geneva airport. Dressed in Alpine Transfers 4u shirt or jacket, holding a white board with the name of the party leader. You will be shown to your vehicle, your driver will load your luggage with care making sure you have not left anything behind. At this point all you need to do is seat back and enjoy the beautiful scenery where you will be transported to your chosen destination.

ARRIVAL AT THE RESORT

The driver will have your destination details and the vehicle will be equipped with GPS. However please make sure that you have your details of the location and contact details of your chalet, apartment or hotels.

FOR YOUR DEPARTURE

You will be contacted by sms, email or a phone. one or two days before your departure with the time and place of pick up.

Pick ups will be normally three hours before flight times.

OVER SIZED LUGGAGE

Alpine Transfers 4u is a equipped for carrying bikes, snowboard and ski’s and extra luggage, please make sure you inform us at the time of booking of any large items you will be needing to transport and we will make the arrangement.

BABIES AND CHILDREN

In France it is law that all children up to the age of 10 must be in the booster seat or a child seat, so please inform us of how many children under the age of ten will be travelling and their age, so we can equipped the vehicle with the relevant safety seats.

COMMUNICATION

Transfers operations by their nature especially in the mountain resorts our subject to many external and unpredictable factors that can affect the smoothness of your transfer. It is very important that you keep in contact with us and inform us of any changes to your pick ups. Please make sure that you have given us your mobile contact numbers so we can inform you of any delays or issues the driver may be having.
